Opinions: X-Box 360 v. Playstation 3 - HELP
I want to get one for DH but I didn't realize that there were so few of them made and that they don't just sell them everywhere. For those of you that have them...where did you get them??
ETA on 3/7/07: OK, I found out that I can get the PS 3 pretty easily now. But the guy at the store talked me out of it because he said that there are very few games out for it and not many more coming out in the future because since they take so much longer to make for the system, many game companies aren't working for Sony anymore. He said the X-Box does all the same things as the PS3 and is better, but I remember DH and his friends saying the PS3 had more functions.
For those of you that have one or the other, can you give me your opinions? TIA!

I actually was talking to my dh and his friends (gamer geeks) and they said the PS3 is highly available now. The Nintendo Wii is the more desireable system now.

I know DH points them out to me when we go to Target.  They had them in the Farmingdale Target last Saturday.

poorly made is incorrect..prehaps that is the excuse why they brought them back.
people don't understand the techonology behind the PS3. there are simply no good games for it now. plain and simple. Once the 2nd generation games come out (late this year) people are gonna like it more. same thing happen with xbox 360, first generation games were garabage...now, its great.
system are readily avaiable...i was at 3 targets today and all have plenty in hand.
