OPK - what time of day do you test?
just curious....i've been doing it various times but now wondering if its better to test around the same time?

there is the theory that LH surges occur in the mid-afternoon, so testing with FMU is not the best option..
however, i have found that once positive, my OPK stay positive for at least 24 hours, so I am bound to catch it no matter what time I test, although I suppose if you really wanted to be sure you catch it at the earliest time possible, or if your LH surge doesnt last as long, you'd want to test in either the afternoon or evening, and not the morning. HTH

The CBE digital OPK's can be used with FMU. I always test with FMU and then again about 12 hours later just to make sure I don't miss it.

I've always done it around 6pm...and I've gotten a positive every month I've used them.
