If you use OPKs what time of day do you test??

I believe the best time is early afternoon after you've been holding your pee for at least 4 hours.

What is normally recommended is to test at least 4-6 hours AFTER you wake up in order to give your body time to metabolize the luteinizing hormone to show up in your urine. So early afternoon to evening is recommended (hold your pee for about 4 hours before testing).
