+ OPK but no temp shift

Hi everyone,

This is my second month temping. The last two months my cycle has be 32/33 days. Last month I O'd about CD 22. I got a + OPK this past Monday (lines were the same color) but I have not shown any type of temp. shift to suggest O. Which should I believe. I have felt like I was Oing (sore breasts, cramps) this past week. Could there be something wrong with my thermometer? I take my temp everyone morning aroudn 5 a.m. All my temps have been lower this month than last, and one day it said my temp was 95.33. which I discarded on FF because that seemed way off.

I've never had a chart without a temp shift. I'm not sure what to think, sorry!! I guess I would go by the OPK test and keep BD'ing. Good luck!

+ OPK means you will "O" in the next 12-36 hours

the temp shift wont come until after you have already ovulated

This might sound like a very silly question but are you sure you're using a basal body thermometer? When I first started out, I temped for two weeks before realizing I was not using the right thermometer. Otherwise, it doesn't appear from your temps that you ovulated yet.

No, Im using the CVS BBT. I dont know whats going on with me. Maybe the OPK wasnt +. But the lines looked the same color and I even called DH in to see what he thought... At this point, I just want this cycle to end so I can go onto the next.

It doesn't look like you ovulated...
