OPK question and ttc

Hi! I got my on Tuesday, we bd that night then I still had a smiley yesterday but dh worked a really really long day and wasn't up to it . I just tested again this morning and there is no more smiley . Does this mean I ovulated or just that there is no more lh hormone? The lines are still pretty dark when I pull the stick out. We did bd on Mon night and last fri night too.

PS...I should be the expert on this since the digital opk got me pregnant immediately w/ my son ....we did it first smiley day and next two days. I was also pregnant last year but it ended in m/c...that time we missed the smiley's all together and only ended up bd once that whole month and it was the after the surge was gone....so I guess there shoudl still be a chance, right?

You shoulda tried to get DH this morning lol.... it cant hurt to try tonight again as soon as he gets home! GL

I would have tried this morning but he had to leave super early...will def try tonight....hope it works!

I smiley means that you are surging. OPK's pick up on your LH surge, which is the hormone releases before you ovulate. You can expect to ovulate anywhere from 12-36 hours after your surge is detected, so you def can still be fertile.
