OPK Questions
For those of you that use OPKs -
Have you gotten +'s with FMU? the instructions say FMU is fine to test with but I have read that its better to test in the afternoon. However, the instructions say that you shouldnt have urinated in the past 4 hours prior to testing or have consumed large amounts of liquids. I drink all day and I cant hold it for 4 hours! which brings me to my next question: how important is it that you dont pee for the prior 4 hours?
I'm just trying to figure out what is more important - waiting until the middle of the day or not peeing for four hours....

I always tested in the afternoon, but they never worked for me. I got my BFP the first month I started taking my temps and I used pre-seed.

I dont think the 4 hours part is super important. I think its just best if you try to not go for as long as possible. I've used OPK's for 2 months now and both months I got a surge (on the CB Digital) using it in the afternoon, and not peeing for about 1.5 to 2 hours prior.
