OPK's and Time of Day for Testing?
Does it matter what time of day you test with an OPK? I tested with FMU this morning. Is that bad? I know you have to hold your urine for 4 hours and anytime after as soon as I get up just seems so difficult to me since i"m always drinking and always peeing!

I tested in the morning at 11am, it was my first urination of the day and I got a positive. But then I was reading online that the best time to test is around 2pm. I hope I didn't screw my self over!

I think it's best to test in the afternoon (between noon and 7/8pm). I tried to not drink as much in the afternoon and test as soon as I got home from work (around 6ish).

i always tested with FMU and got my best results with FMU  just be consistant whichever you do and hold your pee for 4 hours!

Got it! Thanks girls. FMU is just easier for me. I'm afraid of holding it in too long and getting a UTI!
