Ordering from TARGET on line- awful!!
I have ordered from Target on line on three occasions and twice they have messed up my order and by mess up I mean.. the first time they just never sent it at all and still charged me for it and the second time they sent only one of the two items I ordered! ive been dealing wirh customer service now for half an hour only for them to tell me that they will refund my $ but they cant re -send it to me bc its out of stock. meanwhile I just went on the website and its available for order.  complete waste of time and I think I am done with ordering from Target on line.. for such a large company how do they not have better on line service!!!
Has anyone else repeatedly not received their orders from Target?

My friend once received two of the same items, when she only ordered one from Target.
I personally also hate browsing their website, not user friendly at all and I find it runs slow!

I personally also hate browsing their website, not user friendly at all and I find it runs slow!
I have NEVER ordered from their site bc it's sooo slow and not user friendly. It freezes a lot too. Just easier to go to the store.

I have only ordered from them online once and I did not care for their procedures or how the order was billed.
Complain on their Facebook and/or Twitter pages. It seems to be the only way companies respond to you now.

Ordering from TARGET on line- awful!!
I've ordered from them before and haven't had issues - usually just diapers though, occasionally something else.
I am not a huge fan of their website though.

Same here! I can never find anything using the search feature either. Fortunately (or unfortunately) there's one about 4 blocks from my house so I always just wind up going in there.

Me too. I order things pretty regularly, like diapers and wipes, and have never had a problem.

no problems with my deliveries but i will agree with some of the above posters that their website is the pitts. poorly organized and really hard to navigate! i can never find specific items that i am looking for!

I never had a problem with ordering from them. Although, their site is HORRIBLE beyond comprehension for a store of their size. Nothing is ever in stock and the site is just not user friendly at all.

I ordered a few pieces of furniture over the summer and had a bad experience. The first thing I ordered took three weeks to arrive & shipping was $$$ because it was heavy. The second thing I ordered came quickly. Thankfully nothing was damaged because I've heard its a total PITA to return big stuff.
the site is TERRIBLE! and calling on the phone is rough too.
I'm only happy with the experience because I shopped everywhere for similar items and targets price was so much lower. i would think twice about ordering again.

I have a love/hate relationship with Target. Love the prices, 5% discount & free shipping. But, hate that they hardly ever have anything in stock.
