Ordering Scholastic Books online problems??
Has anyone had any problems when placing your Scholastic Book Order online? I tried doing it for the first time this week and it says you have to put in your customer order number, which I did. It says that the number doesn't exist. But that is the number on all my order forms. So, I called them on Monday and the lady said she had to manually enter all the information and to wait abpout 12-24 hours. Well..its 3 days later and it still says the number doesnt exist. Has anyone else had problems like this?

No, ordering online has been easier actually. I'd give them a call again and make sure that you have the right customer number.

when i place an order online i usually have to put in the catalog number but not the customer number. is that because it is your first time?

this has happen to me. somehow they took me out of the system on my end and not theirs...weird. anyway they fix something and it will work. moral of my story call them.
