Organic Food
Anyone buy only organic fruits and veggies? I bought a few things this summer but I'm just wondering if its worth it to ONLY buy organic.
If you do, why? Any other information you have would be great too, thanks!

Re: Organic Food
Part of me wants to. I am wary of geneticly modified food. Too freaky for me. But organic can be very expensive. I'm sure my mind will change when I get pregnant, though.

Re: Organic Food
My husband and I eat mostly organic food at home, including the few sweets we buy. But when I'm at work, I eat whatever is around but I try to eat healthy... wish I could get myself to bring lunch to work..... We love Trader's Joe...... And around work, there is an Whole Food Stores organic store with a buffet but it's like 10 blocks away and some avenues over but sometimes I just don't feel like walking that much...

Re: Organic Food
i buy conventional fruits/veggies but organic meat/poultry and wild fish (no farmed raised fish as it is higher in PDCs). I only eat free-roaming organic eggs and milk with no growth hormones/antibiotics.
I also try to only eat whole foods- no pre-packaged foods or mixes- that is where you REALLY get into the danger of genetically modified foods.
