Orthopedic doctor
DH is looking for a doctor to take a look at his neck. He is in pain quite often and the neck pain always causes headaches. (I swear its not me - get it? Pain in the neck?  )
Anyway, any recommendations in the Lindenhurst area? Thanks.

Dr. Vincent Leone in Garden City. You want a neurosurgeon...not just an ortho.

You may want him to start at a pain management doctor. They may be able to pinpoint the pain and give him an epidural injection.

no, but i wouldn't play around with the neck since it's technically involved with the spine. i know people will say, go to pain management or a chiropractor...but i would go right to the source first to find out the problem and then diagnose a treatment. i went to a chiropractor for a while for my back before seeing dr. leone to find out i had major herniations in my spine.
i recommend Dr. Leone because he was my doctor for 17 years before we did my back surgery. He's not quick to cut like other surgeons. if he says it requires surgery then you let him cut. otherwise he will say PT or epidural or even a chiropractor. i just brought my 83 year old grandma to him for her knee and he recommended an arthritis doctor. i know 3 people that went to him for neck surgery and they are fine now.
