Hiya Cooks!!!!
I bought some Orzo, what should I do with it??

If you are still interested..
boil the orzo till al dente..then drain and rinse with cold water
put the orzo in a baking pan (clay would be best)
in a pot saute and onion with olive oil then brown meat (you can pretty much use any meat you want) it works best with lamb cut up for kabobs or chicken pieces (I've even used a cut up pork chops) add 1 small can tomato paste after it has cooked a while at a couple of cups of water enough to cover meat to make a sauce.
then pour the stuff from the pot into the orzo baking dish...bake for about an hour with grated cheese on top...very yummy
It sounds harder then it is...don't forget to season your meat
