Re: OTC prenatals

Which one-a-day prenatals are you on?

I am on the Rainbow Light (they are also once a day) and I take them right after dinner and haven't had any issues!

Re: OTC prenatals

I have been taking the Women's One a day and I have been feeling fine, I take them in the morning before work. It was the only ones the store had that weren't store brand.

Re: OTC prenatals

This month I actually switched from a prescription to the target brand. Same ingredients, just cheaper! With no side effects.

I have been getting compliments on my hair and skin since switching. I did not get these compliments when I was on the prescription ones for 6 months!

Do you eat something when taking these? Sometimes I have stomach problems if I take any vitamins on an empty stomach.
