Our Flip House/beach cottage is for sale! Updated! It's SOLD!
Unfortunately LIF is still impossible to post pics from a tablet but here's a link to the LIF real estate section.
I was so tired last night when I posted I meant to write more.
This house was vacant for 4.5 years, it was stripped of all copper pipes, the kitchen, all interior doors and lighting. It was basically trashed. We replaced everything, new heating system, new electric and plumbing.
This house would make a great starter, empty nester/downsizer or vacation home. The taxes are approx $5,300 per year!
You can walk to one of our private beaches which have lifeguards and a bath house in the summer, we are surrounded by thousands of acres of state parks and a 10 minute drive to the beginning of wine country, farms, etc.
we got our first verbal offer yesterday, but I'm still having an open house on 7/18
I'd love feedback from you guys on what you think!

That's super cute. I know that area and it's lovely. How does it go with flood insurance in that community?

Thank you!No need for flood insurance we are actually at a very high elevation the lake has no flooding issues

My family has had a home on Lake Panamoka for over 50 years now. Its beautiful and peaceful and there. Good Luck with the sale!

I know that area well. My cousins live in that development. You did an amazing job. I love every room. The kitchen looks amazing. I love the floor, as well as that window bench. Good Luck!
