Our Halloween decorations were stolen!
It's really depressing when you think you live in a nice neighborhood, and then your decorations get stolen right from your front lawn. Money down the drain!

OMG!!!!!! I have had my pumpkins smashed over and over again, so this year I am decorating the week of only- I usually do it for the entire month but not this year.

did u report it to the police? WE had xmas decorations stolen and we reported it and there were other houses that reported it too. The kids were actually caught and they had to replace everyones stuff. I would report it and ask if anyone elses things were stolen that night

We had xmas decorations stolen too, the following year the people 3 houses down had our decorations up

That happened to us in the house I grew up in, a few years in a row. So we stopped decorating or kept the decorating close to the front door.
I'm sorry that happened.

OMG how terrible.
We had pumpkins stolen and other things disturbed where we live. Yes, older bored kids do it most times.

Yes, I have heard of shady landscapers doing it. The roots of your bushes are not set yet so it's easy to pull them out.

OMG that is horrible.
Why would someone do such a thing. It had to be neighborhood kids thinking they are cool to steal someone's decorations. I hope they get caught one day.
When I was younger we had pumpkins outside our house and a squeky gate. I heard the gate and looked outside the window. I saw one of the kids grab my pumpkin and the other was going to ring my doorbell (to do ring and run). Well they didnt know I saw them so I ran to the door and surprised them. They bolted and I ran after them. But they tossed the pumkin and it smashed. I was so upset over the pumpkin I wasnt able to get to the boys.
I just cant believe how someone could be so mean to someone's property.
