Our little girl is here!!
Thank you to emomma17 for updating everyone!
Lauren is finally here!! DH and I are still in the hospital and will (finally) be leaving tomorrow. Lauren has a mild case of jaundice so they want to observe her overnight just to be safe. My water broke at 6:15am and she was born via c-section Monday at 12:39 pm and came out screaming!! She weighs exactly 8 pounds and is 20.5 inches long. The nursery staff is calling her "the big girl" because she weighs so much, even though she doesn't seem to be that big to me. We are all doing well and are looking forward to going home tomorrow. I am still a little sore from the c-section but the pain meds help. I will post my birth story when i get home and settled.
