Our team green baby arrived early
Juliet Rose arrived today with 9 days left until her due date.
I think I am still in shock, I didn't wake up this morning thing that I would be having my baby today!
Here's a quick recap of our adventure today....
9 am visit to the doctors office for a routine internal.
I was told I was 2 cm (last visit I was 1-2) baby was very low. I was sent on my way, and scheduled my next appt for Monday, " maybe I'll see u a few days before then, so don' t go to far"
Went shopping @ bbb.
Kept feeling like I had to pee, like every 2 minutes, and experiencing what I kept saying were BH, they didn't hurt, just belly was really tight, light every few minutes...
Spoke to the doc @ 1:20, and was told to go to labor and delivery for monitoring.... I kind of didn't want to go, didn't think I was really in labor just yet. DH came home, I showered, took my time trying to stay relaxed, finished up around the house, and even showered. Got on our way around 2pm, and was still feeling ok...... Stopped @ 7-11, really just taking our time.... And then, just like that - the contractions came on fast and furious, pulled up @ south Nassau @ 3 pm, stepped out of our brand new truck and my water broke right there on the sidewalk.....
Was checked and told I was 8cm
Barely got an IV, and blood taken when I felt the intense urge to push..... Pushed a few times....then the doc flew in throwing on scrubs, i pushed 3 more times.... And out she came @ 3:37pm.....

Talk about quick.... So quick I never had time for drugs pray.... something I never in a million years thought I would/ could do!!!
She is perfect and looks just like DH, big sister Chloe was "appy" and all smiles.::
And I feel fantastic, but that could be the hormones, pure elation.... And the percocet
Yes, I opted for the drugs now.... Heck it's been quite day. I would love to share some pics and will do so soon. Good luck to u girls who r due shortly.... I hear there is a bunch of pg'ers going early!!

Wow! you really DO do it all!
Doctor's office, shopping, cleaning, shower, be a mom, stop at 7-11 and pop out a kid by dinner!
