My aunt just had surgery and loves chocolate chip cookies

Levain bakery. It's in nyc, but ship. Best. Choc chip cookie. Ever.

ITA. They also freeze really well, and since they are individually wrapped, I can keep them in freezer to portion them out for myself!

LOVE David's cookies. I received them from the car dealership after I bought a car years ago. I've heard great things about Levain.
I don't like Tate's...all the ones I've had are too cripsy. Cheryl's taste and look like factory cookies you would find in a grocery store. They are good, but not great IMO.
