Outlook question
I hope I explain this correctly.
Background: We are on a public network here. and the public contacts are posted on a global address book, but our 'personal' contact are on our own outlook database
Question:
I received a new computer yesterday.
When I go to send a new email, and press to: all that comes up is the global address list, I cant view my personal contacts to click and choose them to email. However, if i click on contacts out side of that, I can see them.
How do I add my contacts under the box that says 'show names from the' list
Thanks!

Try going to Tool/Services/Add Personal Address Book

Re: Outlook question
okay, go to our contacts, right click on the word contacts in that left hand column and click on properties, a square comes up, click on Outlook Address Book, then click the box that says "show this folder as an email address book, then click ok.
