Overnight pet-sitting in home?
I'm in Massapequa and we're having a bbq on Saturday with about 30 people and a lot of little kids, and I need to board my dog somewhere. She's a 4-year old chocolate lab and very mellow at home, but she gets really excited when people come over. I'm afraid she'll be running around stealing food from the kids or knocking them down & scaring them accidentally. I normally use K-9 Clubhouse but they're booked this weekend. Does anyone know of someone trustworthy that pet-sits in their home? I would need to drop her off Saturday morning and pick her up sometime on Sunday.
We are looking for someone to use for future vacations also (2 to 3 times a year).
