Overnight trip to AC or Foxwoods? Is this crazy?

My friend wants to go to AC or Foxwoods tonight after work, stay all night and come home at dawn.

Is this nuts? I'm a little concerned about traffic. Has anyone taken the buses/trains there? Which place do you think would be better?

Has anyone done this before? Suggestions?

I'm afraid the traffic is going to be insane on 95 and on the Tpke tonight. What do you think? Any suggestions for other "Adventures?"
