ovulation questions...
1.If you get a + or a peak reading on your OPK's does that mean you are definitely ovulating?
2. If you are temping can you still get a temp change if you didn't ovulate? Or would your temps remain low?
I am asking because I got a peak reading on my monitor on Wednesday and Thursday, and had what I think were ovulation pains, but my temp still hasn't gone up!!! Well it did actually for one day, but it wasn't at my normal temp time, it was about an hour earlier. What is going on???? Any help would be appreciated!

I got a positive on an OPK but did not get the cramps until the next day. They usually say that you ovulate anywhere from 12-24 and even 48 hours after you get the positive. Personally, I think the window of time ovulation varies from person to person and hesitate to believe in universals. I don't temp and chart so I cannot address your second question. Good luck.

You can get a pos. without O'ing. You would probably not get a temp change if you did not O because progesterone wqould not be released leaving your temp low.

I don't know what is going on with this cycle, I guess I will keeping BDing until my temps rise....
