P/T POSSIBILITIES WITH SPECIAL ED Degree ?
I currently have my Masters in Elem Ed, with a specialization in Language Arts (will get me nothing, waste of time and money, but I love LA so I took the extra classes )
Anyway, I know there are no jobs out there, so Im not even looking
But a classmate told me she is going back to get her Special Ed certification, which is only 4 extra classes.
Looking ahead, maybe in the next year or 2, if I do look for something.
I was wondering about what possibilities there are with a Special Ed degree, but part time?
One teacher just last week mentioned things such as: *Working with autistic children in their homes. *Working for a company that sends you to the schools (different schools/different days).
Any other options you know of and how realistic is it that there will be jobs in these areas?
Thanks for any feedback!
