Pain after IUI
I had my first IUI yesterday, and another today. I have a feeling I ovulated some time today (I didn't ovulate yesterday when I had my first IUI). I came home from my IUI today feeling much more sore than yesterday's. I feel very achy and crampy all along my lower stomach, where my ovaries and other "female parts" are. Is this normal? I am very uncomfortable.

Re: Pain after IUI
I cannot remember if you did trigger shot or not. Seriously I cannot remember a thing these days. I was sore after some IUI's and not after others. With trigger I remember getting very uncomfortable when I O'd. Sometimes bloating and sometimes (TMI) constipation from nerves. I also think the larger the sample size the more I would feel sore later. No idea if that had anything to do with it. But, it's normal to feel a little sore, especially since you did two days in a row. Good luck, keeping my fingers crossed for you.

Re: Pain after IUI
I usually feel crampy and uncomfortable after my IUIs when I've gotten the trigger shot. For me, the feeling usually subsides by the next day.
For the IUIs without triggering, I've always felt fine afterward.

Re: Pain after IUI
When I O'd on Ovidrel, I felt it. I was crampy for a good hour or so afterward. I think it's pretty normal, especially if you don't O on your own!
