Pain by my left hip???
Have any of you had this?? I woke up and could hardly lift my leg--I had to lay down to put my undies and pants on today because it hurt so much...I thought maybe the baby could be laying there in a weird spot? I felt my belly and it was hard there....
Any advice??

yah i had that pain for a long time i had it since i was 7 months.
The doctor said to me it is that my pelivc is streaching for when we give birth.
It hurts getting out of the bed to or walking or sitting

I have this too, pretty badly lately. So far I have found nothing that helps it other than trying to "walk it off"
I have DH try to rub it, but he is not very good at it
