Pain in fingers/knuckles...
Every morning for the last week or so i've been having pain in my fingers (mostly when I first bend them after waking up -- in my knuckles). This morning it's lasted pretty long, it still hurts a little when I bend my fingers but it's not too bad. Is this what pregnancy carpel tunnel feels like? I know i've read that some of you have really bad pain, but could this be the start of it (i'm 31 weeks)?

Oh yes! This is the joy I deal with daily! My only exception is that it doesn't go away as the day goes on

Same here ... feels liek arthritis rather than what it felt like when I had CT. And it's worse as my swelling gets worse.

Exactly. I don't have pain in my wrists at all, it is just my fingers & knuckles. Just to be on the safe side Jess, if you have not taken your rings off, take them off now. Your fingers will begin to swell at the knuckles as the days go on.

Thanks! My rings haven't fit for 3 weeks now. 
I just hope it doesn't get worse... I kinda forget about it b/c as the day goes on it pretty much goes away so yesterday I played rockband and i'm sure that didn't help.

For me, the more I do with my hands, the worse it is the next morning. Doing a lot of tedious painting and quilting and cleaning... In the morning I cannot make a fist. I can barely make a "C"! But once I'm up and about, it gets better.
And this is only in my right hand with crazy itchy palm and fingers. My OB told me that it's from pinched nerves.

I have had this the last week or so and had no idea it was carpal tunnel - i always thought that was just in your wrists. It woke we out of a dead sleep the other night and my fingers were aching.

I had pain in my knuckles basically the whole third trimester. My pain wasn't excruciating like other girls have talked about... just sore kinda like what you're saying. My pain was contributed to all my swelling though. I had A LOT of swelling.

Mine too feels more like arthritis than CT. I can't bend either of my middle fingers, and sometimes wake up during the night in agony! Heat seems to help--they feel a little better after a hot shower.

same here... mine progressed into constant tingling in my hands and my fingertips are numb. Good times!
