I have had this pain, too. Also, the thigh pain with it.
I have checked this out really extensively, both with gyno and regular doctors.
I was never diagosed with anything, so for me, I think it was/is just ovulation pain.

I would also check with your gyno. I had a pain like this and it turned out to be a 10 cm cyst on my ovary. Hopefully, it is not that for you--but my gyno said whenever something hurts down there it can be ob/gyn related.

I was just admitted last week to the hospital ( Im PG) for this pain.
I can tell you they said appendix starts around the belly button area, and then usually settles somewhere else, and you would have a fever.
It could be a cyst , or also your bladder and urether is there, it could be kidney stone or a swollen urether....Nothing serious, just painful.
Hope it goes away!
I would call the regular dr.

I called my ob/gyn and explained the pain, the doctor is going to call me back.
