Pain in my lower abdomen/groin area

I think I overdid it yesterday. We had a garage sale and I was on my feet most of the day and moving boxes and picking up things I probably shouldnt have.

Anyway, since yesterday, when I stand up and walk around I have a pain in my groin area (women have that, right? ). Kind of like a pulled muscle. I know the baby is ok b/c he's playing soccer as usual. I just thought it would feel better today and it doesnt. Still hurts.

You may have just overdone it, but I had extreme pain in the lower abdomen when I had a bladder infection (no pain when urinating; just the extreme pain all the time in the lower abdomen, esp. when he kicked). Maybe take it easy and call your doctor tomorrow if it's still bad.
