Pain when standing up

I'm 38 weeks, and for the last few weeks I've had a lot of pain (feels like stretching pain) whenever I go from the sitting to standing position, all in my lower abdomen. I can barely stand up straight. Forget about getting out of the car.

Is this normal? I don't remember this at all with dd, and I also wonder if it has to do with my c-section scar. That's exactly where I'm feeling the pulling. Thoughts?

Pain when standing up

I am 21 weeks and I get that from time to time, usually on one side of my lower abdomen. I got it with my prior two pregnancies and I also get it at times when I'm not pregnant. I always thought that's what 'round ligament pain' was.

Normal. I had that at the end with my DS

Normal! Your muscles are under so much stress carrying that baby! I was in much more pain my second pregnancy than my first.

I had a c-section with my first, too, but don't think that had anything to do with it. It's the muscles.

Pain when standing up

Normal. I wear a maternity belt that helps with those pains but when I'm not wearing it, I feel them too (I'm 24 weeks).

I am 28w5d and definitely have that, especially if I stand up too fast. Especially from deeper seats, like the couch or the car. Easier on firm chairs.
