pain...need advice
so two days ago, i babysat a toddler which i picked up quite a few times. i think that why i caused 2-3 drops of blood on my clothing. i called the doctor yesterday and he said he's not worry about it i didn't see any afterward and that i felt the baby move is a good sign.
now today, i'm getting a funny feeling (pulling?) on my belly button and a little pain on my right side of the belly.
anyone else felt this before? i don't want to keep running to the doctor if this is normal.

Re: pain...need advice
I get that sometimes...from all different sides of my belly button. So hard to describe, but it definately feels like stretching or pulling which is normal.
The little pain i get too, does it sometimes feel like there is baseball in there of something hard... from what i hear its round ligament pain. It has switched from my right to left side just within the last week. I think its all related to stretching.
Hope that helps./

Re: pain...need advice
If picking up a toddler was that much of a problem how would anyone ever have more than one child? The average two year old doesn't understand enough to give mommy a break!
Always call if you are worried, none of us are qualified to evaluate. Although I will say that I get pains like you describe and as long as they aren't severe or stick around too long I consider them to be growing pains!
