Do you get pains and if so on what side?

yes, either side, I'd say the right more often, but they seem to take turns

which side the pain is on depends on which ovary you are ovulating from...so it varies....

I've been having those "pinching" pains on my left side all week  And since the m/c I have NO idea when or if I'm O...I've been using OPK's but nothing so far. But I've got the pains!!

I usually get a sharp pain on my right side when ovulating!

Thanks. I was getting pains in my RS a couple of days ago and since then a twinge or two on my RS only. Still waiting on my + OPK so hoping these twinges are a sign of something. Thanks
