Paint color for baby's room**UPDATE**
Ok ladies decor help for the baby's room. The furniture is expresso, glider dark brown, the bedding is mint green and brown and the carpet(which we cant change) is industrial looking that is beige, tan and white.
My question is what color paint would you do, nothing dark for the fact we rent and the furniture is dark. Im thinking keep it tan, beige in that family but, Ant wants a color. Light blue? Im not a fan of mint green on the walls.
UPDATED:
We went this morning and decided on Pooh Bear Yellow, perfect name considering we are doing a pooh theme

I'm not sure how the mint green bedding would look with light blue paint. Try going to Home Depot and getting those sample cards so you can see what would match. You could do a neutral color paint and then dress it up with stencils or pictures.

Im thinking too much white/beige in the room and would prob go for a light blue to go with the brown... Or compromise and paint an accent wall/chair rail kinda thing
ETA: Is the bedding like ALL mint green? or more accented with it?

what about a very pale yellow shade with chocolate & mint green accents in the room to bring out the bedding??? its neutral enough to go with other shades if you move out but it will make the mint green pop too :) hth

oh yea, thats def green! i would def not do the blue walls... what about something like the green half wall in the pic? you could prob even go lighter on the green to make the bedding stand out

I have some classical pooh stuff already and other stuff on my reg,lol. Im also going to paint my old shelves to match the furniture and display stuff on there.

I love Benjamin Moore Smokey Taupe....it's a really light tan/beige color - goes with anything!
