Painters
How expensive is it to hire painters? Since it's new reno, all the walls have primer only need to give it final color. My friend told me she paid 4k to have her house painted. I didn't even think this would cost so much

It depends how big your house is but $4k could be reasonable. We estimated $5k when we bought. It was lumped into a larger construction job, but that's about what it cost.
