Painting over semi-gloss paint?
We moved into new construction and want to paint the bathrooms.
The builder used what appears to be semi-gloss paint (off-white). We intend to paint over it with a semi-gloss color.
Do we need to sand the old paint before we paint?

Re: Painting over semi-gloss paint?
Start with a good primer and then paint over with whatever you want.
