So I went to a PC party and bought one.

Who has it and what do you make in it?

The girl sold it really well and it seems like something I will get a lot use out of...any recipes or idea would be great ..thanks Chat Icon

LOOOOOOOVE it! I have the bar pan and the pizza stone. I have made everything from cookie bars to sliders in it. I can't say enough good things about about the stone ware. Just be careful, I heard it breaks easily!

Re: Pampered Chef Baking Stone....?

I have like the whole PC catalog and I use my stone the most. Literally I use it every night when I am cooking in the oven in the winter.

I make everything on it...fish, steak, chicken, cookies, biscuits etc etc etc.

Mine is literally black I use it so much.

Re: Pampered Chef Baking Stone....?

I have it- and love it!

There are a few rules with it. Don't heat it up first (like some pizza stones) and then put cold things on it, it will break! And don't use soap when cleaning it- I use baking soda.

I do EVERYTHING with it that I would do with a baking sheet. Cookies, brownies, french fries, etc. I also make my own pizza on it (have done with both the round stone and the rectangular stone.) I cook chicken cutlets on it (just marinate them, and then put them on the stone and cook them for 25 mins at 350 degrees.)

I also roast veggies on it alot. Toss whatever veggies you want in olive oil, sprinkle with a little bit of salt and pepper, and then roast at 400 for 20-25 mins.

Yep, its definitely advised to cook fatty foods on first- it makes it non-stick as well as giving it good "flavor."

Re: Pampered Chef Baking Stone....?

Now I want one!

Is it better to order through a consultant or online or it doesn't even matter?
