I gotta try it, my DH is not a fan of mayo at all. So I would have to make it, have him taste it, then tell him later it was mayo.
I have a jar of gross fat free mayo that I bought to make chicken salad. Has anyone used FF mayo to make this?
Def. don't tell him that you used Mayo to make it. I think if I didn't know what was in it - I would have enjoyed it ALOT more. The fact that I made it with the mayo was in the back of my head the entire time. I'm nuts - I know - but a lot of mayo like that freaks me out! It was really a good dish though.

Re: Parm crusted chicken..
thanks guys.
I am going to use the FF, I have to get rid of it anyway. I def won't tell DH, he would claim he tasted it the whole time.

I used the light mayo and it was fine - I really don't like totally fat free. I kind of think though that it is probably fine for this. don't think you taste it much anyway.
I used low fat mayo too-and it came out great! You are right you can't taste the mayo at all really.

Re: Parm crusted chicken..
Do you think I can use Miracle Whip to replace the mayo? That's all I have.

Re: Parm crusted chicken..
I made it last night! I had a friend over for dinner and used her as a guinea pig! DH HATES mayo so I wanted to try out the recipe when he wasn't home. It didn't taste like mayo at all but from making them, I smelled the mayo all night (does that make sense)? My friend assured me she couldn't taste the mayo.
