Part-time daycare recommendations! *UPDATE
I need some recommendations for part-time daycare in Nassau county... southshore.
We are in Atlantic Beach, so preferably somewhere not to far from there!
Long Beach Oceanside Lawrence Cedarhurst etc
THANK YOU!!!
*UPDATE:
Thank you for the suggestions! We ended up checking out a few places and decided on Loving & Learning. We fell in love as soon as we got there and are really happy with the decision (as hard as it is to decide to put him into daycare!) We signed him up for 3 days/week and although it's pricey... we feel good about the decision!

Not sure of centers, but you can check this site out for possible PT nannies:

Its mostly Manhattan, Bklyn, Queens, but a few are willing to work in LI.

Re: Part-time daycare recommendations!
I wish I could help you because I need a daycare too (but full time) but there isn't much in this area. Ive called the ones that are here and they didnt have openings for lucas (but maybe they might take you for part time)
This is where I got the info of the ones I called (I didnt call the ones that are just small daycares out of someones house through bc I feel iffy going to one without any recommendations)
http://it.ocfs.ny.gov/ccfs_facilitysearch//
If you here of anything please let me know bc I really need one for DS haha

Ooooh, are you going to visit? Did they have openings?
How fun would it be if the boys were all together???

That would be awesome
They didn't have any openings for both of them right now, but I am looking to start in January. Not sure how many days you are looking for but it's 3 days minimum up to 18 months, then 18 months+ is 2 days minimum. They are . I am going to set up a visit probably in the next few weeks and then try to get on a list, although I'm not exactly sure what we are doing yet.

Re: Part-time daycare recommendations!
Check with local Tutor Times. I know each center is different from what I heard, but the one by me does part time. (It's not in Nassau though) But I am sure other Tutor Times offer the same option as well...

ITA and Kiddie Academy if your DC is at least 18 months old. That's when they take PT kids.
