part time/perm sub
Has anyone taken this type of position? Where you are partime in your subject area, then partime as the a permanet sub, so the position is actually full time?
Any comments, thoughts, knowledge about it?

Im not sure what you are asking, but if you have the option of being part time or perm sub, I would opt for part time, because then you sign a contract.

The position is both. Part time + Perm Sub = Full time.
