Does anyone know how much they charge to blow up balloons if you bring them in and don't buy them there?

I had them done last year and they charged my 59 cents per balloon, (for latex balloons).

I saw an odd sign in party city yesterday just for future info.
There is apparently a helium shortage and they are not renting out the tanks anymore. They will fill them, but the tanks arent rentable due to the heliim shortage. Isnt that odd??

It's a little one. They have it at Target, Walmart, etc.
