party favor ideas

I am helping plan a party at a gym place for a friend for spring of next year. i know its early!

there will be about 20+ children. I am looking for an affordable but "nice" favor that the children and parents will appreciate ( at least a little) the children wil lbe from 2-5.

The nicer favors are all about 4-5 each which wold be ok if there were less children. but with over 20 that is pricy. any ideas?

I'm having my son's 1st b-day next month and got really cute butterfly nets at Dollar Tree. They come in boy/girl colors, and have a bamboo stick. I haven't decided what, if anything, I'm putting in them, but I was pretty psyched I found them

What about a take home craft? Star Track has so many cute foam crafts. You can put it in a little baggy and the kids can do it when they get home. they have ones on their website that are $9 a dozen which is $.75 a piece. You can then put something small with it or not.

Personalized CDs. You can burn the CDs and put a personalized label on them that goes with the theme. Very inexpensive and cute. I did one for DD's bday, I have a pic if you want to see it.
