I just fasted from 10pm for a 7am test. Also make sure you eat carbs for the few days before the test, don't avoid them, for accuracy of the test.

No, the goal is to eat the way you normally do and not limit carbs. I ate and drank the way I have been all along, drinking juices, etc.

CONGRATS!
I have mine tomorrow. Dr recommended to fast after midngiht, but after failing the 1st, I'm fasting for 12 hours before (so nothing after 8 pm tonight).

Thank you. Just keep in mind, if your not prone to diabetes, eating all the crap in the world won't change your results. That's why you should eat normally for you.
