Does anyone know how much they cost for adults and children and how long they take to get?

Adults are like 90 something and kids were 80 something (which makes no sense cause the kids expire in 5 years and ours in 10
We applied for ours the 1st week of Sept and had them the 1st week of October so I guess they have caught up!!
