Paypal users- Check your credit card statements!

ok 3 weeks ago I was reviewing the Amex bill

and I noticed a $2250 charge on my husband account thru paypal

I freaked- I asked Jake if he made it- and of course he didn't

so I called Amex and disputed the charge

something told me to check MY account today

and guess what- another charge but under my name for $2100

I now have to get 2 new Amex cards

I won the $2550 back

and I am sure I will have the $2100 back in no time as well

but I just wanted to warn everyone to check your paypal and Credit card

the charge under my name shown up in paypal- the one in Jake's name didn't

I also lost $30.77 with mine in cash- so paypal owes me that back as well (this is why I never keep money in my paypal account for longer then 24 hours- but this happened the day of my sisters RD)

didn't you get an email from PP when the transaction went through?

I don't check my email that is attached to mine account b/c I get so many phishing emails

but the one attached to Jake's account is mine- and no email- they managed to use his paypal account with out using paypal????

I am freaked out right now

both charges were from Cali too-
