PCOS
Hi Everyone,
I used to post (sporadically) on NYCWeddings (AutumnBride06) before my wedding in October and I've just joined LIF. Nice to meet you all!
Anyway, I know this is a little bit more than a normal first post, but I thought you all might have some insight.
I was recently diagnosed with PCOS. Obviously, I was concerned and had questions for my Dr, but she was very non-chalant about it and said it didn't matter because I wasn't trying to conceive at the moment.
Although DH and I are not actively trying right now, I am concerned for the near future.
Has anyone here had any experiences with PCOS? How serious is it? Will it really make it that hard for me to conceive?
I really would appreciate any and all advice!

Jen- There are quite a few girls on this board that have PCOS but most post on the infertility board.
Give a browse over there, I believe there is a TON of info.

I have PCOS and i'm trying to get PG. I'm taking metformin to control my insulin levels and hopefully will lead to a bfp. I recently starting seeing someone that specializes in PCOS. Although it may take some time and medication it is very possible to get PG.
