PDF file into a jpeg? Possible?
I had a pdf file that has pictures in it and I would like to save it to my computer.
Any chance I can do that?

You could take a screenshot.. not really a conversion of a PDF into a JPG, but it would work.

We also have snag it here and that option isnt available.

Alt-Print Screen, and then pasting that content into 'Paint' not working for you?

the only way to do it is to import the pdf into photoshop

I use software called ScanSoft/Paperport to do that.
If you'd like, I wouldn't mind doing it for you if you'd like to email me. Just FM.
