can I get a .pdf file
printed anywhere to be a photograph? All I've found so far online is professional printers and they want about $200 just for the set up charges.
I haven't been able to upload it to shutterfly or snapfish.

You can convert a PDF file to another format through photoshop or illustrator but you might lose some of the quality of the picture
