I ate PB&J every day for 2 weeks straight when we were on a missions trip in Costa Rica. It was cheap, nourishing and easy to find even if we didn't read Spanish.
I even pack it as a lunch on days we go to the race track. Wayyy cheaperand tastier than buying food there.
