If you do a search, this topic has been discussed a few times recently.
I know Dr. Kristal comes highly recommended. We saw Dr. Hayman who is in the same office and I was really happy with him (the wait for Dr. Kristal was too long).
The office is in Stonybrook.

We have seen Dr. Kristal, he is great. Sometimes you can get a cancellation, its worth caling to see.
