Pediatricians
Since I have not gotten many responses on the pregnancy boards I would hope to get some more responses here...
When did everyone interview their pediatricians for there little ones.... I am 28 weeks now and I don't know if it is early or I should wait until July.
I know which office I probably will use since it is where I went when I was a child but I still want to meet the Docs before I give birth...

i waited a long time -- i was only 3 weeks from my due date. i ended up using a pediatrician that my girlfriend with two daughters uses.

I didn't interview my pediatrician. I have gone with my friend to her daughters appointments and I seen how nice they were before I was even PG. So when I found out I was PG I knew I was goign to use them.

I planned to do it when I started my maternity leave 2 weeks earlier than my due date but my baby came three weeks early. I am using a pediatrician recommended on the boards and by a family member I totally trust so I didn't mind too much. I like them so far.

What do you say when you make the appointment? You would like to make an appointment to meet with the doctors? Doew anyone have a list of questions you should ask?

I was really late-like a week before my due date. But the doctors came recommended to me and I knew we were going to go with them so I didn't mind waiting so long.

Our pediatrician is a really good friend of mine, so I didn't do the interview, BUT -- Cole was born 5 weeks early without any indication that I would go early, so I'd say do it in your 7th month to be ready just in case.
