Penguins Anonymous
Okay - I am SO retarded, but I'm so late watching March of the Penguins and I CANNOT STOP WATCHING THEM.  They are so sweet and endearing that I want a pet penguin.   I'm retarded.

Then I am with you too! I LOVE Penguins!! They are my fav animal and I teach a whole month long unit to my students, share the love of the penguins LOL
That movie is great!! DH didn't like it. Too much death for him but that is the lifecycle. It was beautiful!

Awwww...thank you. Then I'm not alone in my lovesickness.  Like DH, certain parts made me sad, like the lone penguin who started his march too late, and when that nasty looking tube-billed bird got the penguin chick. But that wasn't the focus of the entire story. I was just floored at penguins' ability to love their mates and take such tender care of the egg and the chick through such harsh winter ocnditions.

I love penguins. My students teased me this year because I had 3 different posters up with penguins on them.
